A small crew of Southside Paddlers and supporters will be heading over to Adelaide next week for the first round of the GP series. Emma will be competing as an Open athlete for the first time. Good luck Emma as you step up in the next level of competition after many years as a highly successful junior athlete. Emma has made several Australian Junior touring teams and won Australian and state titles in age competitons.
Arnold and Luke will be competing in the under 18 division in the individual sprint events, 200, 500 and 1000 and will also be teaming up together in the k2’s for Southside. We wish them both good luck as they hit out against the other crews. Thanks to Alan who is taking the Southside and other clubs craft to Adelaide.
