You have been contacted because you participated in PaddleNSW sprint events in 2010 or early 2011.
PaddleNSW 2011 Sprint Series
The PaddleNSW Sprint Series kicks off this SUNDAY 5th June at SIRC with Round 1, commencing at 8.30am.
There will be events for both singles, doubles and even K4’s if you can put a team together. There will be one event at 1000m (for singles and another for doubles), 2 events at 500m and 2 at 200m, one being the relay (3 boats per team). Entries for the relay will be taken on the day.
Remember, you will have great racing on the day, as you will be racing against those of similar speed, no matter what boat you want to use.
The paddlers briefing will commence at 8.00am at the finish tower.
We’d love to see you there if you haven’t already registered, and would welcome any assistance on the day as well. Please let us know if you or a parent / friend can help with safety boat driving / assistance, start tower, finish tower, results timing etc.
This series needs your support. With a minimum of 40 entries needed to cover costs, we would like to see the numbers grow so we can put something back into the sprint regattas, like prizes and medals etc.
