This month we welcomed Kevin to our 200m race who blitzed us all with a time of 44.5. Welcome aboard Kevin and we hope you can continue to lift the competition.
IÕm proud to report ÒSensational resultsÓ for the 200m. Out of 12 starters 7 broke their race PBÕs. Alex True and Josh have broken that psychological 1 min barrier, Maddie and Alicia blasted their previous times by over 11 seconds, Max by 3.5 sec, Andrew 2 secs and Michael is heading for sub 50Õs. Maddie also cracked it in the 2K with another PB scoring a maximum 18 points for the morning. GO MADDIE !!!!!!!! Good work to all and itÕs pleasing to see the hard work coming through in your times.
We also ran our first 6k race this week with good results and new times to be tried and tested.
